Field trips are considered an educationally enriching extension of the educational experience at Holy Angels Sacred Heart School. Trips are a privilege, not a right and students only will be allowed on class or field trips if the teacher or administration feels that he or she will act in accordance with the rules and regulations mandated by the school. No student will go on a trip unless the permission form, as issued by the school, has been returned to the school in advance, signed and filled out in its entirety. Students, as well as any adults who accompany the students, are expected to follow all rules which have been explained in advance by the classroom teacher. Everyone on a class trip represents our school and we expect our students to act in a manner that shows a well-disciplined and respectful student body. Field trips are to be an educational and/or religiously enriching experience for all students.
No siblings are allowed to ride the bus due to insurance reasons, and chaperones must be at least 21 years of age. Students will ride the bus both to and from the field trip sit unless permission has been granted in advance. Students are to wear their entire school uniform and chaperones are asked to remember that they are representatives of the school as they choose their clothing for the trip. No hats, toys, radios, Walkmans, or writing instruments are to be taken on the bus.
