To determine admission to Holy Angels Sacred Heart School, the guidelines, in order of preference, are:
Registration is held in February of each year for all families presently registered. Beginning in March, any remaining spaces in the classrooms are open to new families. In most instances, enrollment is limited to the following numbers:Prekindergarten-18, Kindergarten-20, grades 1 to 8-25. The administration reserves the right to waive this limit given extenuating circumstances. A waiting list will be established based on the above admissions criteria. All paperwork must be filled out completely at school. A non-refundable registration fee will be expected upon registration and a refundable registration fee is expected from all families put on waiting lists. New students must present copies of birth and Baptismal certificates ( if Catholic) as well as an up-to-date immunization record. Families must be registered in either Holy Angels or Sacred Heart Parish for in-parish rates to apply. The school will have current parish registers on hand if families are doubtful as to whether they are registered or not. Transferring students will sign a release form to request records from the formerly attended school. |
