I am particularly interested in the family of William WILKINS who married Sarah (could be ANTILL) both born 1785, him in Horsely and her in Stroud. They had a son Joseph who married Louisa KEMISH in 1869 but Joseph appears to have been married before and I think that his first wife may be the mother of my great great grandfather Edward WILKINS. I believe that her name is Mary (from 1861 census) but don't as yet know her maiden name though it might be NICHOLS as Joseph was involved in a breach of promise case in 1852 with a Mary NICHOLS.
