In loving memory of CH Sonyc's Allegro Appassionato CD WC VC OS "Tweet" 1995-2007 (pictured below). Tweet was our special boy, our foundation sire, and is waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge. He took his first breath in our hands and his last breath in our arms.



We miss you, Tweeters, but your quality lives on in your kids and grandkids....

In limited breeding Tweet achieved the GRCA Outstanding Sire award by producing offspring who have achieved in every area of Golden Retriever Competition: UKC & AKC Championships (including BOB winning & Group placing), and titles in Obedience, Tracking, Agility, Rally, Working Certificate, and Hunting tests. He has already produced SEVEN OFA Excellent offspring. He is the sire of multiple champions in conformation, obedience and agility!

CH Absolut Sonyc XXpresso (Presto, born 7/03, top picture) is a Tweet son finished his championship in 10 weeks, receiving 6 points owner-handled, including two Best of Opposite Sex wins over Specials! Presto is OFA hips Good, Elbow-Heart-Thyroid OFA clear and CERF eyes clear.



New champion!! CH Gaelicgold Sonyc Finian (Finian, born 6/07, pictured below) is a Tweet son who finished his championship in 2010! He has received his first major at a Specialty going BOW and has a BOB from the classes under his belt.



Presto's daughter, Sonyc's English Lavender (Yardley, pictured below) is a smashing girl. She has 4 Championship points. Her sister, Sonyc Absolut Gift of Gab (Schmooze) has achieved her first agility titles!





Just to show the versatility of this breeding, Presto & Mocha's sister, MACH Absolut X-Ceed's X-Pectations TDX, CCA (Diva, pictured below) burned up Agility ring! Congratulations on her MACH!



CONGRATULATIONS to Sonyc C Lizzie's Spirit UD (Star) and her owners, Donald and Robin Greenfield, for achieving her Utility Dog title in style with multiple placements. What a team!!



Congratulations to OTCH Yaqui's Reddi to Rock RE JH CGC "Murray" out of Tweet x Yaqui's Reddi on the Dubl who recently got OTCH title in style! Murray achieved his UD in only FOUR shows, with multiple placements and received his OTCH less than a year later! Murray is loved, trained and shown by Kathy Klein.

Rest in Peace: CH Sonyc's Back to the Future CGC TDIEVA "Flash" (pictured below, handled by Amanda Myers & Greg Wessel, CH Sonyc's Allegro Appassionato CD WC VC CGC X Hytree's Newport High Honors). Flash finished her Championship in style with a Winners Bitch and 5 point major win at the Potomac Valley Golden Retriever Club Specialty Show in 2004 and the very next week took BOS at the Gunpowder River Golden Retriever Club Specialty! Flash won multiple BOB and Group placements and National Ranking in limited showing.



Colabaugh's Take It And Run VCD3, VCX, MX, MXJ, CCA, WC (Camden, pictured below, CH Sonyc's Allegro Appassionato CD WC VC x Colabaugh's Advance to Go CDX) continues to run away with more titles! A brand new UD!!! Can it get any better than this???



Congratulations to UCDX Medea's Rainbow Reflection CDX RE HIT CGC (Corey, below, owned and shown by Barb Light) and Medea's Rainbow's End CDX RE (Eloise, owned and shown by Chris Saint) both out of Tweet x Timberline After the Rain CD RN (Breeze), bred by Chris Saint, for their muliple UKC High In Trials! Way to go girls!

Sonyc Goldens are based on outstanding show dog and working dog producers and top-winning show and working dogs, including CH Libra Lady Carioca CD, CH Libra Malagold Coriander, Butterblac Solar Halo, Valentine Torch of Topbrass WC, CH Beckwith's Malagold Flash UDT WC, CH Malagold Storm Warning.

We support responsible dog ownership and breeding. If you purchase a Golden Retriever from a responsible breeder, you should be provided with evidence that both the parents of the dog are healthy: Orthopaedic Foundation for Animals Certification of Normal Hips (Excellent, Good or Fair); CERF certification of normal eye exam by veterinary ophthalmologist; Certification of normal heart exam by veterinary cardiologist; Certification of normal thyroid test; and assurances that parents are free of seizures, severe allergies, and other health problems common in Golden Retrievers. If you'd like a family pet, a good option is to adopt a Golden Retriever from your local Golden Retriever Rescue organization. Check out the GRCA web site.
