The SCB Outlaws are a girls 1983 soccer team. We started as an independent team in August 1996 with a combination of players from the Emmorton and St. Stephens Recreation Soccer Programs. In November 1996 the Outlaws were accepted into the Harford Kicks S.C. and sanctioned the team in the M.S.Y.S.A. The Outlaws joined the Soccer Club of Baltimore in February 1999. We compete in the Baltimore Beltway Soccer League and the Baltimore Metro Girls Soccer League. For indoor we play at the Maryland Sports Arena and the Freestate Indoor Arena. The Outlaws have participated in many tournaments that include the Chambersburg Pa. Pepsi Challenge, Maryland Shore Classic, Capital City Classic, Western Lehigh Pa. Fall Festival, YMS Epic, M.D. Cups, Kirkwood Invitational, Fallston Cup, Chesapeake Classic and various indoor tournaments in the Baltimore area.
