2) Awards for 'The Munkustrap Awards' are given to the sites with the most votes in the categories. A Runner-Up Award is also given to the second-ranking site in each category. The awards are personalized banners which can be placed on the winner's homepage.

3) You may vote once per day, and may only submit one site name per category. When voting, it would be appreciated if you would submit both the site name and site address. It is not necessary to include the address, but in the past, I've received quite a few site names which I had never heard of and wasn't able to locate through any of the 'CATS' Webrings. I don't count votes for sites which I cannot locate.

4) Please vote for sites which you truly believe deserve an award. It is nice to vote for friends, and if you truly think they deserve the award, then that's fine. But don't vote for them just because they are your friends.

5) All pages which have a section devoted to 'CATS' can be voted for. Votes for pages which have nothing to do with 'CATS' are not counted.

6) Please do not place a vote for 'Munkustrap Kitty's CATS Layer,' 'The Jacob Brent Fan Page,' or 'The Jacob Brent Guardian Angels.' These are my sites, which are hosting 'The Munkustrap Awards!' We're here to give out the awards, not receive them!
