About the Character-
Jennyanydots is another one of the “mother hens” of the Jellicle kittens. She and Jellylorum watch over the kittens whenever danger is near. Jenny is the Old Gumby Cat, who likes to sit and sit and sit all day. She has taught the mice to crochet and turned the cockroaches into soldiers. Jenny is probably Skimbleshanks’ mate. The only two kittens who seem to belong to them are Victoria and Jemima, but the rest of the kittens could be their’s too. Jennyanydots may be distantly related to Jellylorum, Gus, or Grizabella, but no one is sure. Jenny has three different costumes! The first one, her Gumby cat outfit, is greyish and looks like a tabby coat. Her second one, the tap-dancing outfit, is yellow. Her usual Cat outfit is yellow and brown. She is medium-short and has a medium build. Jennyanydots is probably the Cat equivalent of 50-60 human years.

About the Actor-
The actress who plays Jennyanydots is usually an older lady. She is also the best tap dancer in the company! Jennyanydots is played by a soprano, and either her or Jellylorum hits the high “C” in “Jellicle Songs for Jellicle Cats.”
