The Jellicle Ball is just beginning- Victoria, Jemima, and Munkustrap are starting the festivities.
As Old Deuteronomy begins, a kitten, black and red with a white chest, crawls out of the pipe.
Munkustrap guards Deuteronomy by standing in front of him. "Who are you? What business do you have here?"
The kitten cowers as Victoria rushes over, leaving Jemima by Deuteronomy. "Munkustrap?! Look! It's just a kitten! It's so scared!"
She bends down next to it. "Don't worry... He won't hurt you."
The kitten smiles at Victoria, "Munkustrap has never hurt me!"
Victoria smiles, "I KNEW you've been in the Junkyard before! What's your name?"
The kitten stands up. "My name is Valiputer!"
Jemima gasps, and rushes over. "Vali?! That's YOU?!? OH MY GOD!" She hugs Valiputer.
Bombalurina bounds out from behind the oven. "Well, are we going to start, or..." She sees Valiputer and stops. "V... Vali?! Valiputer?!" She looks at Jemima, "Um, explain!"
Jemima smiles, "She just got here!"
Jemima looks at Vali, "I just can't believe it... My sister's finally back!"
Bomby cuts in- " TWIN sister, to be exact!" She grins.
Old Deuteronomy chuckles, "Well... It's time for the Jellicle Ball! Let's do it!"
