Hate
I believe that this is one of the most evil words in the world. Hate consumes us
all in the worst ways. To look at a person because they are doing something that
you "dislike" or do not approve of and say that you hate them or you hate that type
of person is wrong. For the past 4 months I've been trying to avoid using this word. With
the exception of this document of course.
If there is a devil, I believe that he created this word and that we as humans striving
to make the world to a better place should take every step to do so. Therefore,
I propose that we stop using this word. I give you the option of helping yourself
and others as well; by not using this word of evil and replacing it with phrases such
as dislike or if you choose to say "don't care for" then you will eventually learn
to live the the everyday little things of life that may bother you and put them aside.
I've learned to live with other people's habits that I may consider to be bad and
I've been rewarded for it. I truly dislike smoking. I use to say that "I hate smokers",
but I do not blame the people for this deed. I blame the producers that do not
understand that they are making money off of other people's pain and addictions. Even
though they may know what they are doing.
Ignorance is also another part of hate. Learn to conquer your own fears and bad habits
and then you will figure out the solution to blocking out little situations of ignorance.
Do not mistake unity for a countermeasure of ignorance. If 10 people unite against one ignorant person, then that person may resort to a form of violence which
only brings destruction and chaos. The key to stopping ignorance is really quite
simple.
What is the route word to "ignorance"? Ignore! If ten people on a bus find themselves
being disturbed by someone shouting in a raging manner for no reason other than to
be annoying, then they should all ignore the person. This causes the ignoramus to
become bored, confused, and in some cases they even feel stupid. Over a period of
time they may come to realize that they were wrong. An apology may even be in order.
But as I was saying; if we eliminate hate from society, we can end all the chaos in
the world. We may have to go farther to overcome the greed and insanity of people
like Sadam Husane, but in the end, we'll have made the world a better place for our
children, who since they're just getting to know their new world will rise to become a
strong nation, and unite our planet as one body, one society, one nation, one race;
the human race will be complete. The humans will have won.
Oh yes. I almost forgot. I told you how much I dislike cigarettes. Well, I decided
to brave the storm and encourage others not to smoke instead of cursing and hating
them. I even helped a lot of people quit. My reward? My beautiful girlfriend Jenn.
She's still having a little problem quitting, but I'll stick with her forever even
if she never stops. One more thing for those of you that don't know. Each cigarette
you smoke takes 5 minutes off of your lifetime, and drinking alcohol or smoking marijuana kills your brain cells severely. Just a few facts. Live well.
