Ladies and gentlmen, girls and boys! I've finally updated this section. Well lets recap on what has taken place since my last gripe. The greatest sytem ever created (The Sega Saturn) has become obsolite do to poor advertising lack of 3D technology. The Saturn was supposed to be the ultimate 2D system but Sega lost sight of what it was designed for and eventually fans got tired of pixlated images of their favorite games. The Saturn had the potential to lead the system wars but for some strange reason, the name "Playstation" has more of an appeal to the lower class gamer that can't grasp the marvelous concept of name of the console titled "Saturn".

These days many little kids r also sporting their new N64's around like they have the greatest thing in the world. I think it's a shame that they see the graphic capability of the system and not the gameplayablity. The N64 so far has not been impressive at all to any serious gamers. With the acception of the popular "James Bond 007" game, I think that the N64 has a very poor library and I hope that they can pull up from such a huge mistake. I mean don't get me wrong; the system is selling because people know about the new Zelda title, but how long can that last. It's an overall pretty blocky system with many squares in evry game. Sorry Mario, but the princess knows you'll be back on welfare in no time. Go climb a flag or somethin'!

Gamers around the world have celebrated the relese of Saturn Japanese titles such as Thunder Force V, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Dark Stalkers: Vampire Savior, Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter, House of the Dead, Time Lords, and many other great Sega Saturn titles. Unfortunently since these games are now available on home consoles, U.S. arcades are experiencing a large decrese in frequent player count. Baltimore's own local game hawk Edward Vitkauskas (a.k.a. Raging Demon, Blue Thunder) maid an interesting point in his commentary, "Once a popular game comes to your home, what's the point of putting money into a coin-op? Now we'll just have everybody come over here to play my game on a control pad. I can't stand that darn joystick." Some people like myself preffer the standing position of an arcade coin-op, but recently gamers around the world have started to become more of a console generation. I have a slight feer that the release of Sega and Microsoft's Dreamcast system will futhercreat a genration of what I like to call "Homeboys!" d;-)
