Everyone of us carried the awareness that we were the best the state had
to offer and we were embarking on a journey that most can only dream of.
How strange we must have looked!. There we were, eager yet pensive, a shy
and silent, rag-tag collection of know-nothings. Our initiation into the
college life began with the ragging season. We were hunted in droves. Though
we cowered in fear and shivered with fright, we developed the glue that
would bind us together for the next five and a half years; Friendships
blossomed everywhere and in the following years, we learnt a lot of things-
the most notable thing being,' The more we tried, the least we know!'.
Academics was not only the area where
we showed our prowess, Our class Voelly ball, Ball Badminton, Basket Ball,
and Table Tennis teams were invincible. Our Cricket team emerged victorious
in many nail bitting matches too. We were living examples of the concept
of 'Unity in Diversity'. Truely we were trialblazers, leading future batches
to where no batch had gone before. By the time finals loomed large, it's
no wonder that by the end of the day we were left dazed and confused by
the last minute inundation of information that was sometimes spoon-fed-
but often shovelled down our throats. We ran helter-skelter in the final
days-demanding notes and banking on those we counted on most to charge
us straight through the exams. By book, look, hook or crook, most of us
managed to complete our course, but many unfortunate were left behind.
However, we celebrate not the moment of our passing of MBBS, rather, we
cherish the memoirs we made and the friendships we forged throughout the
years, as a batch...Everything that begins needs to end and every end has
a new beginning.Our
college days might have been over. But we part with different dreams\aims
and let our bright future
