Okay well this was really cool for me. It was July 23rd, and I was at the No
Strings Attached concert! So
I'm at the *NSYNC concert with my sister, my mom and little sister. We were
sitting all the way on the other side of the stadium. My sister and I
spotted Johnny Wright, *NSYNC's manager, just walking around. So my
sister and I yell his name 'til he turns around so we can get a picture
of him. He gracefully turns around and stops for a pose. Well I just say
"thank you" thinking that was all. Then he calls both my sister and I
over. We talk for awhile, while other really annoying girls try and butt
in the conversation. And it was all cool cause Johnny kept ignoring them
or just said "I'm talking" but very politely. Then He begins to ask us how
much *NSYNC stuff we have and how much we love *NSYNC. Of course we tell
him everything, and the cool thing was he was totally interested in what
we had to say about the five hotties of *NSYNC.
Then he tells us that
"being *NSYNC's number one fans you couldn't get seats up close", we just
said we tried everything and we would never imagine sitting up in the
front row and we wish we could so bad. Well he just said "well being
*NSYNC's number one fans, I have something for you". With that he wipes
out front row tickets for my family. Johnny gave us both a huge hug and
said "hope you enjoy the show, now go get your mom and sister and move
up to the front row". Oh and we did. When we got up in the front we
were in such shock. I saw Lonnie, and Big Dog (*NSYNC's bodygaurds), Reuben,
and actually got to talk to his brother (Reuben one of *NSYNC's
guitarists), and just the overall environment was such a great feeling.
When the concert started, I was overwhelmed by *NSYNC and how great they
looked and sounded up close. Of course during the second song my contact
fell out, which in one way was a bad thing cause now I could only see
*NSYNC clearly through my left eye. The good part was that one of the
staff had me go right up to the edge of the stage to help me. Well let
me tell you something, *NSYNC was right over my head. It was so weird,
but yet a beautiful site.
Then the best part was when Justin walks right in front
of me. He looks straight at me (and I'm saying in full eye contact) and
waved. Then he came back over and winked. Okay think of this, just
having the pleasure of having direct eye contact with just one of the
guys of *NSYNC, to me, was something that couldn't even happen in my
dreams, and it had happened. To make sure I wasn't seeing things, I turned
to my mom and everyone around me and they were all staring at me and was
like "Justin just...oh my god, she is sooo lucky". I guess I was cause
right before "I Thought She Knew", Justin talks a bit and during the
little speech (if that's what you want to call it), Justin was looking at
me. I asked my sister "Is justin looking at me...hey hey am i seeing
things". My sister was in an awe...cause she was just wide eyed and all
and said "yes he is looking at you." well I was just so happy.
I have
like the best pictures of that concert. I want to thank Johnny so bad
for the tickets because he truly made some of my wishes true. Well
that's all on my *NSYNC or shall I say Johnny Wright and *NSYNC experience.
