~Words are flowing out like endless rain into a paper cup; they slither wildly as they slip away across the universe. Pools of sorrow, waves of joy are drifting through my opened mind, posessing and caressing me. Jai guru deva om. Nothing's gonna change my world, nothing's gonna change my world...~

WILLOW

I'm getting really nervous. Where's Buffy? She should have been here an hour ago. I'm outside the Bronze waiting for her to show up, totally afraid of what has, is, or will happen to my best friend.

Suddenly a familiarly nasty voice says, "Well, if it isn't our very own Sabrina the Teenage Bitch."

I jump about three feet into the air. "Spike!" I say, even more nervous than before. "Wha...what are you doing here?"

He rolls his eyes. "What does it look like? I'm trying to catch some lunch. And *you* might be first."

I back away from Spike slowly. Then I remember the cross in my pocket. I shove it almost under his nose and he screeches even louder than Cordelia does when she finds out that her favorite outfit has been wrecked by blood, mud, or any other thing that comes with being a Slayerette.

"Keep that bloody thing away from me!" he howls.

I say, knowing what his real purpose is, "There will be no 'catching lunch' of any kind. And especially not me. I mean, I'll help you get Drusilla back, but you are not going to eat me." Geez, I really hope that came out the right way. I've seen him kill people for less than that.

"Fine. But you are going to help me, whether you want to or not. And don't bother screaming, 'cause it won't do you any good."

Something heavy hits me across the back of the head. I fall to the ground and everything goes black...

~Images of broken light which dance before melike a million eyes, they call me on and on across the universe. Thoughts meander like a restless wind inside a letter box; they tumble blindly as they make their way across the universe. Jai guru deva om. Nothing's gonna change my world. Nothing's gona change my world...~

SPIKE

God, she's heavy. Much heavier than I expected. Must be all that magic inside her weighing her down. As we pass under a street lamp the light catches in her auburn hair and illuminates her face. For a moment I think she's almost pretty. Then I gather my addled senses and once again my thoughts toward her are nothing but comtempt for her weakness and extreme dislike of her sweet personality. That "innocent little schoolgirl" act is really starting to piss me off. But deep in my heart I know it's true. She really is innocent, just like my Drusilla. Except that she's not out of her mind. Willow wouldn't make out with a Chaos demon, either. Ugh, it makes my head spin when I replay the scene in my mind.

She moans and I set her on the ground gently. Willow slowly comes to. For a moment she doesn't know who I am. Then she gasps, horrified, but she doesn't try to escape.

"Shh, love. Don't be afraid," I tell her, not believing my ears. Then I kiss her passionately, overcome with a desire to both hurt Dru and love Willow with all my might. She kisses me back.

Then Willow sort of jumps away. "Oh, god, what now?" I sigh.

She stammers, "But...but I thought you loved Drusilla. Five minutes ago you wanted me to do a spell to get her back. And...and I have a boyfriend, who's probably looking for me at this very moment in time. What gives?" She is breathing hard and I know that this is quite a speech for her.

"I've realized the error of my ways. Who wants that crazy bitch when I could have you?"

She looks into my eyes and knows I'm not kidding. And as I stare back, I can see the struggle going on in there. We just stand there for ten minutes. Then I bait her.

"I could give you the chance to be the person you always wanted to be," I breathe softly into her ear. "Unpredictable. Wild. Free from expectations."

I see in her eyes that the side of her that wants to be this way wins. I reel her in with another passionate kiss.

~Sounds of laughter, shades of love are ringing through my open ears view inciting and inviting me. Limitless undying love which shines around me like a million suns; it calls me on and on across the universe. Jai guru deva om. Nothing's gonna change my world. Nothing's gonna change my world...~

Two hours later the couple were in the bed that Drusilla and Spike once shared. Their bodies glistened with sweat and saliva from each other's kisses. By this time Willow had forgotten about how cold Spike's body was. Now it was warm with her heat.

Spike manged to gasp out, "Gorm, love, are you sure you're a virgin? I couldn't tell."

"Yes, Spike, I am. I've been listening to Faith tell of her conquests for too long. God, I hate that girl."

"Me too, love. What say we go out tomorrow and kill her?"

Willow brightened. "Really?"

For a moment Spike thought that Drusilla had come back, becuase she seemd so eager to kill something. "Sure, love. And you'll get to help me with the torturing part."

"That sounds like fun."

"That it is, pet."

And the two lay in each other's arms, planning the next night's activities.
