Dear Fellow Associations and Friends:
The Premier Zhu Rong-Ji will visit the U.S. on April. His visit will be a historical event for strengthening the Sino-U.S. relationship and for bettering social status, public image and influences of our Chinese community. Therefore, we, the Chinese community organizations in Washington DC, are writing an invitation letter to the Premier Zhu. The letter will be delivered to him directly through the Embassy. We invite him to attend our special welcome ceremony, and to give a keynote speech on economic crisis and challenges in China and Asia, and on national science and education policy for the modernization of China.
Every association in our organization is a sponsor of the invitation letter. We need to get the letter out in the next few days. The draft of the letter is provided below. You need a Chinese software to read it. We know the Chinese word "Rong" is not correct. A better software is needed to create this word. We fix it in the official letter. Your suggestions and comments are welcome.
We are not able to call each association because more than a hundred of our local organizations are involved and time is very limited. Please let me know if your organization do NOT want to participate in this event.
