Dear Board Members,

I am reporting to you the result of our recommendation for 100-PhD Delegation candidates:
1. No rejection votes were received on any one candidates.
2. Zhou Xinhua withdrew his application, and the four remaining candidates have been recommended to the embassy in the following order:

Xu Zhaoran (Forest and Agricultural ecology)

Li Changqing (Chinese Medicine and tumor studies)

Sun Weiqiang (Biotechnology)

You Liangzhi (Civil Engineering and environmental protection)

Who will actually be included in the 100-PhD delegation will be up to the embassy. We will keep you posted on this matter.
