Theme: to better serve our members’ interests, the first
thing for the committee is to know what kinds of activities our members
really want and the frequencies we want them. This questionnaire is based
on this thinking and we hope everybody will participate and will answer
all the questions and send in the results as soon as possible.
Method: all the questions have multiple choice answers.
The choices for each question will be the same. So when send back your
response, simply write down your answer as: 1.a, 2.b, 3.d, etc. Please
send back the answers as soon as possible by email and we will keep you
answer secret from others.

1. Do you like to have frequent discussion among our members for investments?

2. How do you like the idea of having members to gether together one
a month in a restaurant to have informal discussion of things of our concern.
Or we can call it "monthly theme lunch" on a weekend day, to one theme
each time. Of course we can discuss other things of our concern.
3. Do you like to have frequent activities among our members for karaokey?
4. Do you like to have frequent activities among our members for dancing?
5. Do you like to have frequent activities among our members for outing?
6. Do you like to have frequent activities among our members for sports?
If you answer is a-c, please indict the kind of sport you particularly
like.
7. If you have interest in some activities other than indicated in
question 1-5, please specify.
a. I like the idea very much and hope to set a club among our members
and I would like to be a member of organizers of the club.
b. I like the idea of setting up a club for this, I just want to be
a member and do not want to organize.
c. I like the idea but do not want frequent activities. May be several
times of discussion a year is good enough instead of a club.
d. I have no interest in participating this kind of activities.
