Subject: Plenary Picnic for all CSCUAA Alumni

  This message is sent to all CSCUAA Board and Senior Club members. Please 
  forward the message to your organization so that our alumni can mark the 
  calendar in advance. 
<p>
  The Plenary Picnic for all CSCUAA Alumni has been scheduled, and this 
  schedule will not change no matter how the weather will be on that day: 
  Time: July 10, 1999, starting at 11:45am 
  Place: The same place as last year's picnic (Hill's park at MD) 
  Direction and agenda will be sent after this month's CSCUAA board 
  meeting on May 29.

  The following CSCUAA Executive Members will be primary Point of Contact 
  (POC) for organizing the picnic. If you (or you know someone who) intend to 
  contribute programs to the picnic, please discuss with the POC in advance:
