Chinese Associations Dinner Party at HanGong

Dear Fellow Organization and Friends,

I'm writing to urge to sign on the First Joint Community Celebration on Chinese New Years. Let me give your brief history on the event for those who missed my previous e-mails. The event will bring leaders and representatives together from community organizations including university alumni associations, professional organizations and regional fellow organizations in DC areas. The purpose of the event is to promote exchanges and joint efforts among the organizations in order to make our Chinese community visible in main stream. Our CSCUAA board decided to take this project on January 17, 1999, and has been a major organizer for the event since. The celebration will be held on February 21, Sunday, 6:30 PM at "Han-Gong" restaurant. Cost is $15 per person.

This is our CSCUAA project. Each alumni association will be introduced at that night. Your participation is crucial for its success. We strongly urge each alumni association purchase a minimal two (2) tickets up to a maximal ten (10) tickets.

The following associations have called for the ticket:

Beijing Medical University: 10 tickets
Xian Medical University: 5 tickets
Univ. of Sci. & Tech of China: 4 tickets
Chinese Renmin Univ.: 1 ticket

There are several other associations are in ordering process.
