                  Take 270 North and get out at exit 16. Make a right to Ridge Road. Make a left at Frederick
                  Road (Rt. 355). Make a left again at Old Baltimore Road. Make a left when you meet Lake
                  Ridge Rd. Continue drive until you see the picnic areas.

                  a. Tug of War
                  Time: 2:30 pm
                  Rule: Competition between shelters.
                  Award the first three teams.
                  Judges for Tug of War: Lei Peng

                  b. Volley Ball:
                  Time: 11:30 am to 2:30 pm
                  Rule: 6 players from each team.
                  Judges for VolleyBall: Shi Zhen Liang

                  c. Boating:
                  Time:
                  Rule: Boat rental and safety is responsible by each alumni
                  association.

                  10. Logistics team: Shelter leaders.

                  11. Each alumni association is responsible for their own food, drinks, and cooking materials.

                  12. All the alumni associations will share the cost for the 5 Shelters, approximately $30 per
                  organization unit.

                  13. The team leaders (and all the Board directors) are responsible to clean up the Park at the
                  end of the Picnic. If we left a dirty park behind us, then we might not get our deposit back.

                  14. We will hold the Picnic no matter what happens to the weather.

                  15. Each Alumni organization is recommended to bring at least one set of B-B-Q grill to the
                  Park. We will be able to have the B-B-Q done even if it is raining. (NO gas grill is permitted,
                  please)

                  16. Please let the Picnic Organization Committee know if you have any suggestions for the
                  1999 CSCUAA Picnic. Your advice will help us to make this picnic as good as the ones of
                  the past.
