More Stuff
As I continue to build these pages, I will be expanding both the actual size of the site and the snippets of thought presented here.
At the moment, I am getting a feel for my thought processes and what exactly I am willing to share about myself at this time =) No offense to y'all, just me trying to figure out myself.
That is part of what these pages are for. In all honesty, I don't care how many people visit these pages, I'm just doing this for myself.

Thoughts on Life
Life, to me at least is a lot of lessons =) We are constantly learning about ourselves and our perceptions of the world.
I am a perpetual student, even after I finally finish my degrees, I will most likely still stay in school, at least part-time.
I am as eclectic about my studies as I am about most everyting else in my life. Given half a chance, I would be exploring ruins in Europe, studying defensive ideas. Then go visit various art museums, to learn how these artists thought as they painted their masterpieces. I would spend time in the rainforest, meeting the wild life and then stand on a street corner of a busy city, watching the life streaming all around me.
I enjoy seeing the play of life, in all aspects. In the city, the country, mountains and desert. Someone once asked my what my favorite place is... I honestly had problems answering that question. It really depends on my mood =) So far, I have only found one place which barely comes close to my favorite place on earth. That would be Big Sur. As I said, though, it's not mine. Maybe one of these days I will find a place which calls to me. Until then, I will wander, trying to find my niche. I don't mind though, I enjoy the wandering.

Windows of the Soul
You know what I'm talking about... the eyes... those two little orbs stuck in our heads, the ones that see even when one is blind... There are many types of sight and not everyone sees the same way.
If you look in someone's eyes, you can see what they are feeling... If you are in love, you can fall into your loved one's eyes... they can be described as pools, flint, ice, liquid, fire, all depending on the mood.
Even on the first meeting, one can usually tell what the other is thinking, just by looking in their eyes...
Eyes can tell a lot about the person, whether they are honest, trustworthy, easily amused, sad, tired, or whatever
They come in many different colors: blue, green, hazel, brown, grey and shades in between and beyond...
The first time I meet someone, I try to look in their eyes, just to get a feel for the type of person they are.. I'll admit, it doesn't always work, but it does help me get a better idea...
