The First Annual Elegance Scholarship Ball

The 1st Annual Elegance Scholarship Ball will be held on
May 25th, 2002 in the University Golf Clubhouse on University Blvd.

This is a picture of the inside of the Golf Clubhouse

and outside of the Golf Clubhouse

For starters, we will serve some light Hors D'Oeuvres.

Next, guests will be served their choice of Greek or Ceasar Salad.

For the main course, guests will have a choice of:

Chicken Marsala- Boneless chicken sauteed with mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce.

or

Fettuccine Primavara- Ribbon Pasta topped with fresh sauteed seasonal vegetables in a creamy primavara sauce.

Dessert will be a choice of either Cheese Cake or Chocolate Mousse


There will be a live R&B band! Cash Bar on the Premises! Dress is After 5, Black Tie Optional.

Ticket Costs are $35 for singles, $65 for couples

Patronages start at $5 and range up to $100 for a full page.
