 4/16/03 -- Removed offensive items from Guest Book. Modified top and bottom of every page, and in the process messed up a few. I think I caught them all, but if you find any glitches, I'd appreciate an email letting me know.
1/5/03 -- Corrected "Phiriby Howell" to read "Phiriby Worrell," including changing index. Also fixed missing/broken link on main page for Key to Census. Thanks for letting me know about this.
8/16/02 -- Making small fixes here and there. Added info to my Gifford family line. Clearly, I do not have enough time to keep up with this website as I'd like to.
10/31/01 -- I accidentally overwrote a couple of pages while setting up my blog. I have loaded the backup pages, but some links may have been messed up. This whole site is due for an overhaul, if I can find time.
11/6/00 -- All of the links on the Links page have been updated.
7/31/00 -- Fixed some broken links to the Census Key. Thanks to Larraine Capps for letting me know. Thanks also to Phoenix for spotting some broken graphics, which I have not yet had time to fix.
3/19/00 -- Everything always takes much longer than I expect, and I overestimate the amount of energy I'm going to have. Redid index from scratch; exported from NetObjects; began uploading to site.
1/8/00 -- Completed conversion of website pages to NetObjects 3.0 and began proofreading them. Discovered more problems in index; decided to redo index from scratch again. Argh!
12/23/99 -- Received my first (unsolicited) award! (See bottom of home page.) Thank you, Web Awards, and whoever nominated me! Also updated broken link to other North Carolina census sites. I am importing the entire site into NetObjects and working on redoing the entire site with a uniform style and navigation bars on every page.
8/20/99 -- Updated broken links to census pages. Thanks to Alton Parnell for bringing this to my attention.
8/9/99 -- I decided to go back to having all of the pages in the style of the census pages (country graphics by vikimouse) and to move the fabulous metal graphics by Ann-S-Thesia to a personal site that I have not put up on the web yet. I will link both sites together eventually so you can always get from one to the other.
Also, someone e-mailed me that they found a relative in the census but it wasn't in my index. If this happens to you, please e-mail me and I will do a search of the files on my hard drive for the name you're looking for. And eventually I'll check all the pages of the index to correct any errors. Is there ever going to be enough time in life?
7/19/99 -- All of the genealogy pages are complete. Some of the personal pages still need fixing.
7/9/99 -- There is now an Index to the Census!! Click the word "index" on the bar at the top of this page to go there.
