The plan is easy to follow. Foods are assigned a point value based on
calories, fiber, and fat. For instance, a very high fiber food would have
fewer points than a food with the exact same caloric value. And a very high
fat food would have more points. I like it because it emphasizes the way I've
always tried to eat -- low fat and high fiber. Most veggies are 0 points, so
you can just fill up on them and not worry about counting calories in carrots,
celery, etc. When I follow the plan religiously, I can count on losing 1-2
