"I am eating only when hungry..stop when comfortable but not stuffed...I
also do count calories & fat grams..staying below 1200 calories with 30% or less
of the calories coming from fat. I use dietwatch to keep track of everything as
well as my exercise. I normally do 20 to 30 minutes of floor toning with Susan
Powters & the Bun Busters toning tapes. Then if the weather is nice I do 1 to 2
hours of an Aerobic Aqua workout (includes some toning)...or if not nice out I
ride my stationary bike for a minimum of one hour . I do this everyday including
holidays & weekends & even while on vacation. I am currently losing at a very
steady rate of 2 to 4 pounds per week & I also measure & since April 21st have
lost 24" too...along with 24 pounds. I drink 200 or more ounces of water per day
& keep a daily journal. I started at 389 pounds in 1981 & am currently hovering
