Fortune Teller

Fortune Teller

My name is Madam Zedora.
I can see the future clear.
I tell all my friends their fortunes.
I say what they want to hear.

I told Melissa Martin
she should marry Steven Trace.
But when she popped the question...
well, he laughed right in her face.

I read Amelia Manning's palm
and said she'd get a "B"
on her math test, but to my dismay
she got a big, fat "D".

I said to Ryan Johnson
that he'd get a brand new bike
for Christmas, but instead
he got a toy he didn't like.

My name's Madam Zedora.
I get everything all wrong.
My crystal ball says I won't be
a fortune teller long.

(Looks like I might
have got something right!)
