It is very important to submit a seperate entry form and tape with each entry. It is permissible to duplicate the entry form as needed for each entry. Entries can be submitted on 3/4 or 1/2 inch tape. No other tapes i.e. Beta, Hi-8, etc., will be accepted. Tapes will not be returned once submitted.
Please read the category information carefully as several categories require the tapes to be a certain length. It is imperative that entrants adhere to this request as judges are instructed to disregard tapes not following instructions.
Please make sure all tapes and holders are properly marked. Each tape must have the category, date of air, time and station on both the tpe and the holder.
Al entry fees must be in check or money order, and MUST accompany the submitted entries. It is not necessary for seperate checks to be written for each entry. A single check can be submitted for multiple entries, providing they are boxed together with the proper entry forms.
