Chibi Chibi (SailorChibiChibiMoon)
Very little is known about Chibi-Chibi. This is partly because of the fact that she can barely talk. She is the Light of Hope of Sailor Galaxia (A Sailor Scout that turned evil when she sealed the evil Chaos in her body). Chibi Chibi appears in Sailor Stars' season. She falls to the ground with an umbrella. Serena finds and returns her umbrella to her. Eventually, Chibi Chibi becomes a Sailor Scout called ChibiChibiMoon. She gains her power when Serena drops her tiara. She later saves Princess Kakyuu and in the final stars episode, gives Sailor Moon her final power. She reveals her real purpose on the last episode, episode 200, to Sailor Moon.
