Resources in self-esteem, wellness, stress, grief, and anger management are provided for individuals, family members and the community. This is carried out through workshops, support groups, and a clearinghouse of information.

Eden East strives to respond effectively to the needs of individuals and families who are dealing with mental health issues. The Steinbach offices provides Christian counselling, management of the Community Connections supported living residence in Steinbach, and community development as it relates to enhancing mental health programs in the South Eastman region. One immediate goal is to help develop affordable housing options for individuals dealing with the effects of mental health issues.
