This entire website is dedicated to my mama. Among other things, she taught me how to cook and follow directions. Because of this, I think that I turned out to be a pretty good cook.
Mama died a little over four years ago and we all miss her tremendously. She was a wonderful mother; a kind and gracious lady. If you needed something and she could help you, you didn't have to ask,she was always there to help you.

So here's to you Mama; and as you used to say to us around suppertime:
