RECIPES FOR FISH

One of my many hobbies is fishing. Since I don't have the luxury of a boat, I have to fish from shore. Most of the time it is in freshwater. Because of this, I thought that I should put out some receipes for fresh fish. If your interested in this page, you must be tired of the everyday way you cook fish and you want to try something, or a least different. These are variations of the familiar ways to fix fish, but I thought you might like them anyway.

So here we go!!

BLACK CANYON TROUT

Combine all ingredients. Take a 12 inch piece of alunimun foil, spread butter mixture lengthwise in a one inch strip. Freeze for one hour. Broil trout meat side up for 6 minutes. Place cold butter on trout to serve.

My Dad tells me that Halibut is not a FRESHWATER FISH
well....I didn't know THAT!! BUT Hallibut is still a fish! That should count for something...anyway excuse my ignorance, this is still a great FISH receipe!!

GLACIER BAY HALIBUT

Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in a greased 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves: 6

HOT SPRING'S FRIED CATFISH
