Well kept comfortable apartment, owned by English couple, sleeping up to four, available for rent throughout the year. Has the following features:

LOCATION: 20 minutes from Malaga airport by taxi (30 minutes by train) in the pleasant Spanish town of Fuengirola. A fourth floor sea front apartment, sleeping four, with the beach 20 yards away. On the front-line (sea-front) 150 yards west of port;

LOCAL AMENITIES: Excellent supermarket within three minutes' walk; shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, town square, church, taxi rank, bus & train stations all within 5-10 minutes' walk (all on the flat - no hills in the town).
Efficient travel agent 250 yards along the promenade (for coach trips to Gibraltar, Ronda, Marbella, Grenada, visits to N.Africa etc).
Aquapark, for children & local golf courses.

ACCOMMODATION: Entrance hall with security intercom.
Lounge/diner: new sofa bed with 4'6" sprung matress, dining table and four chairs, Spanish dresser, armchair, TV, portable electric fan, portable gas heater for winter. Patio doors to terrace.
Large terrace: 34ft by 12ft with table and four patio chairs for al fresco meals. Sunlounger. Excellent views over Fuengirola to Mijas and the mountains.
Newly-fitted Kitchen: fridge-freezer, wall-mounted water heater, two-ring electric hob, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, etc. Doors to terrace and hall.
Bedroom: 2 single beds, new wardrobe and two matching chests of drawers.
Bathroom: W.C., handbasin, bath with shower over, washing machine.

The apartment is served by two new lifts, and is right on the sea front (though the flat faces inland, overlooking Fuengirola, Mijas and the mountains). Bed linen, bath & hand towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
We have a very efficient local management company .
