I have seen a bunch of requests for a robotic kit lately, so I sourced parts and made up a kit. Also note that Andrew lindsey (alindsey@fiberia.com) has an AWSOME starter kit to! His kit will costs $400 and has some of the same specs! I just wanted a veriety of kits availiable to the public so this sport doesn't turn into something like NASCAR. After saying that here are the specs of this kit.

1. 2 High speed, High power drive motors with tires, ready to mount to the frame.

2. Two reliable motor controlers, all wired up and ready to mount into your robot!

3. One 4 channel FM radio (note: only 2 channels are required for the drive train, so you have two more for your whepon)

4. Nicad batteries and chargers

5. A sturdy frame custom cut to your desired shape! with all holes predrilled.

6. A Verry detailed instruction set on how to put it all together!

This robot when assembled should weigh some where around 25-30 pounds. (It depends on how you want your custom frame). This robot will have the power to easily carry around the 58 pounds Battle Bots allows and then some! This robot can be assembled, and driving with all the parts in this kit over a weekend to boot! all you need is a few simple tools like a screw driver and you can build it!
