The Novices here at Maple Bay will be encouraged and taught the fundamentals of the incredible sport of rowing.

It has been documented by sports physiologists that Canadian Rowers are the healthiest and fittest athletes in the country!

We would like to support those findings by encouraging healthy eating and proper traing methods.
