WELCOME TO MELINDA'S PAGE

I hope that you all will enjoy the visit to my page
today. God has been been so wonderful to
me. I would also like to thank Kricket, for
helping me to design this wonderful page.

I know a lot of people suffer from depression.
I do too. I am not as bad as I was, but thank God,
he has helped me through this. It is very hard
to deal with at times, but you always have a
friend in the Lord. When I was nine years
old I was adopted. I was put into foster care
when I was five. I stayed in foster care until
I was nine. My brother and I were adopted
in 1981. It was very hard for me to deal with.

I hated my life, and I blamed God for it.
I hated being adopted. I tried several times
to kill myself, but I couldn't go through with it.
You see, God had a reason for me to keep living.
HE wanted me to live. I still to this day do not
know why God has allowed me to go through some
of the things he has let me go through.
I am hoping to someday help others that have
been adopted and has had trouble dealing with
rejection. I feel that when your biological
parents give you up, then who will want you?

It took me a long time to understand that it
wasn't my fault that I was put up for adoption.
It also took me a long time to realize that I
shouldn't blame God. I do have a feeling why
God let me go through the adoption process.
I think it is because I will have to adopt a
child of my own. I have been trying for over
a year to get pregnant, but I can't.
I have a disorder called Poly Cystic Ovary
Syndorme. I have had it all my life, and
the doctor just told me that it is very
unlikely that I will ever get Pregnant. I am
praying that the Lord will let me have a
child of my own, but if for some reason,
n't, then I am prepared to adopted a child.
Afterall, this could be the
reason I lived the life I have lived.

If I had to pick a favorite Bible verse,
it would be John 3:16.
Everyone needs to know that God
died for each and everyone of us.
