Jesus said in John 11, verse 25 & 26; "...I am the resurrection, and the life; he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?"

We, who believe in Jesus, will never die. We go to another place.

Jesus tells us in John 14, 1 thru 3; "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

This place is called Heaven. Jesus said that He came down from Heaven, from the Father, and when he ascended, He said, "I go to the Father." Therefore we know that we are going to Heaven, also.

Did you know that in the Jewish custom, a man goes to his bride to be's father and makes arrangements for the wedding, and then returns to his father's house to prepare a place for his bride? Then when all is prepared, he returns again to get his bride? Exactly, as Jesus will do with his bride, the church, made up of his believers.

When I think of heaven, my mind just reels at wondering what we have in store. We know that it has to be wonderful. I have heard a lot of people say that we will have nothing to do in Heaven, and that we just float around on clouds all the time. Isn't that ridiculous? Would that be anything like Jesus described Heaven? Also, there are many people who believe that when we die, we will become angels. That is another fallacy. We are not and never will be angels. The bible tells us that angels are ministering spirits unto each of us. Heaven is beyond our comprehension.

We cannot in our wildest imaginations see or understand what Jesus has prepared for us. We have to become immortal. This happens at the death of the physical body. I am anxious for Jesus' return. I can hardly contain myself, I am so full of anticipation. Thank you Lord!

Are you ready for Heaven? Do you know what to do to be saved? It is so simple. It is by grace that we are saved. Not of ourselves, but a gift from God. All you have to do is turn to God, repent of your sins and ask for forgiveness. Accept Jesus as your Savior, and He will do the rest. You must believe in Him and trust in Him, and He will send the Holy Spirit to you. The Holy Spirit will teach you all things. Does that sound hard? No, it is the easiest thing you will ever do. And, it is the wisest. When the love of God enters your heart, you will become a new person. You will look at everything differently. It may happen suddenly and it may take awhile, but it will happen.

I pray that you will give your heart to Jesus, and get ready for the new life that Jesus has prepared for those who look for His soon return. Please understand that *all* have sinned. You are not alone. You may be filled with guilt, but Jesus died for you, and He took your sins upon Himself at the cross. When you turn to Jesus, God sees no sin in you, He sees you through the eyes of Jesus and covered by the blood of Christ. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! You *can* begin anew. You *can* forget your past. God does.

I thank the Lord daily for my salvation. I pray that each of you that reads here will turn to Him, and accept His saving grace. Heaven will be your home. Once, you have realized the truth; teach your loved ones, so that they may be with you in Heaven. Then when a loved one passes from this life, you know that they are just beginning a new one in Heaven, and that you will meet again, to live eternally with the Lord. Give thanks unto the Lord!

HEAVEN

I'll be leaving this world behind someday.
Heaven's awaiting...you see.
Prepared by Him to whom I pray,
And He's patiently watching for me.

With arms open wide, He'll wrap me inside,
Oh, how delighted I'll be!
And I'll see in His eyes, because I'm His bride..
He's just as delighted as me!

The Glory that's shining forth from the throne
Is so beautiful, it brightens my day.
The light is a thousand times brighter than dawn.
And it's there that I'll evermore stay.

We'll meet there, my friends, with joy and thanksgiving.
And nevermore shall we roam.
As we declare in one voice, to the Lord of all living.
Thank you Jesus,.....we're finally Home.
