| Scheduling Projects |

| We schedule projects as soon as we receive your commitment to the project. A one-third down payment is required for the landscape construction project or maintenance program budgeted. Should a project last more than a few working days, we may ask for a 2nd third as a progress payment as work is preformed on the job. When the job is finished or 'substantially complete', we will inspect the project with you and write a 'punch list' of items to be finished. At this time, we will expect final payment. We accept cash, check or Visa and Mastercard. |

| Long story short, call us NOW to begin planning for Spring 2009 Projects! You might also consider starting your project this fall so that you can enjoy it in the spring. Last year we worked through the holidays and into the second week of January, thanks to the cooperative weather. We still have some room in our November & December schedule, pending weather. To book a landscape project for spring, we will ask you for a space holder of 10% with the remainder of the 1/3 down payment due January 15th. We will be using current pricing until the end of the year. Let us help you get the plan together now to be ready to go in the spring. | |
