Cobbs Elementry School
The "Fun Fair"
Violin Lessons with Mrs. Henry
Recess and our club
Silly, icky boys
The jungle gym
Slumber parties
"Oh why-o, Oh why-o
did I ever leave Ohio?"
Fourth grade was rough
separate schools
But then I escaped
from the jail called Private School
Stubbs was fun
New Kids on the Block
Baton twirling
"On the banks of the Brandywine River"
Middle school was rediculous
not much time to go places
Too preoccupied with boys
abd the "newness"
we still looked forward
to the pool during the summer
Meeting halfway was always fun
How about high school
Angry we couldn't twirl
Joining Colorguard
Loving Marching Band
Graduation Day
Now college ~ Still together
after all these years
We've been through so much
First boyfriends
First heartbreaks
First funerals of friends
First teaching job
Last football games
Last indoor guard shows
Last years of "childhood"
Someone once told me
There are few people
you will be able to call
"Lifetime Friends"
You're definately one of mine
And I am grateful
