The doors open at 7:00pm. There are usually several dealers available to purchase cards from, as well as books and supplies that are available from the club for purchase.
The meeting gets underway at 8:00pm with announcements immediately followed by a program, followed by refreshments and an auction.
Each month the club finds a speaker or speakers to present a program on postcards, some aspect of post card collecting, or a subject that can be presented using post cards as illustrations.
The meetings are open to the general public and people of all ages are welcome to attend.
The club also keeps a library of postcard-related books and publications that is available to club members. Other services that are available include the appraisal committee that will evaluate cards and collections and the club presents programs to various organizations.
