10/99 - 10/01 MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - TO BE DISCLOSED (TX)

Responsible for all interior and exterior maintenance of entire church complex (550,000 square ft). This included the church, staff offices, Christian academy and daycare center. Supervisor of cleaning personnel. Preventive maintenance (including A/C units). Ongoing maintenance including but not limited to: sheetrock/drywall (installation and repairs), running conduit (rigid & flexible), painting, plumbing, electrical re-wiring, assembly of office furniture, carpentry, lock repair & key duplication. Maintenance and licensing of company vehicles. Other duties as needed.

03/97-01/00 MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR - TO BE DISCLOSED (TX)
Duties include all interior and exterior maintenance of office complex (interior of 65,000 square ft). This included (but not limited to) lights, ballasts, wall repair, paint, light carpentry, partitions/cubicles, moving furniture and computer hardware, office make-ready. Responsible for maintenance and licensing for 25 company vehicles. Pick up out-of-area clients. Assist in maintenance in Weimar plant as needed. Driver for parts delivery as needed. Backup shipping, receiving, general duties.

03/95-03/97 MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR - TO BE DISCLOSED (TX)
Duties included all interior and exterior maintenance of largest area Sears. Floor repair and maintenance, including carpet laying. Pull data communication lines. Installation of computer hardware and cash registers. Sheetrock repairs. Painting. Lights. Hooking up new telephones. Preventive maintenance (including filter systems) for air handlers. General maintenance of chillers and cooling towers. Supervisor of cleaning crews, weekend crews. Other duties as assigned.

12/91-06/93 ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE/MATERIAL HANDLER - TO BE DISCLOSED (TX)
General store maintenance. Floor maintenance for all surfaces, including buffing. Set up furniture displays. Repair lights. Distribution of materials to proper departments. Storage of equipment. Assist head maintenance engineers on chiller repairs. Supervision of work crews. Other duties as assigned.

08/86-01/89 MAINTENANCE WORKER II - TO BE DISCLOSED (CO)
Responsible for care and upkeep of structures and land for approximately five acres of city property surrounding and including the wastewater treatment plant. All interior and exterior building maintenance, including painting, sheetrock and floor care of all kinds. Cleaned clarifiers, pumps and basins as needed. Assisted crews in water testing and gathering water samples. Mowing, disking and snow removal. Member of O.S.H.A. Instituted safety awareness program for all city employees.

04/81-07/85 PACKAGER/SHIPPER - TO BE DISCLOSED (TX)
All tool maintenance. Ordering and organizing wood and tool inventory. Transferred to packaging/shipping. Packaged all motor starters and smaller parts for shipping. Cutting and building pallets.
