My name is Imran Zahid. I live in Lahore, the city of brave and cultured people. I am muslim.

Childhood:

I born in Sahiwal, the city of simple and lovely people. I have many sweet memories of Sahiwal. I remember when I was 6 years old I was admitted to M. C. Junior Model School. This school is at a road bank and that road is called "Thandi Sarak" (Cool Road). And really that road was very cool even in June and July. I enjoyed a lot of walks at this road. We also has a buffalo at our home. And that was a great species.

Boyhood:

When I was in class 2 we were shifted to Lahore. And I passed my 5th class from Lahore(Moon Light School). After passing my 5th class we were shifted to Faisalabad. It is great industrial city of Pakistan.Then I was admitted to WAPDA Boys High School. Actually when I admit this school this school was in it's transitional period from Govt. High School to WAPDA Boys High School. When I entered class 6, the whole class was carpeted with TATs ( Special type of Carpets). I used to attend class on TATs till the school was handovered to WAPDA administration and then then we looked benches and desks in school.

More:

It was the greatest period of my life. First time I participated in a debate competition and won first prize. After it I was most famous debater of my School. And I won many prizes in debate competitions inter-school levels, District level etc at that time.

Adulthood:

When I passed my 10th class I got admission in Govt. College Fasialabad, the best college of Faisalabad. I selected Pre-engineering subjects.

After doing FSc. we were shifted to Sahiwal. And I got admission in Govt. college of commerce, the best commerce college of that region. After passing my B.Com(Bachelor in Commerce), we were shifted to Faisalabad again.

ALLAH's Help

When I did my B.Com. it was difficult for me to get admission in any University specially in any valuable degree. I wanted to get admission in MBA or MPA but I was in loss of some marks.

First of all I apply for MBA in Zakria University. Its admission criterion was a light of hope for me. Admission was based on a test plus interview. 50% marks of academic+ 40% marks of test+10% marks of interview. I took test and and I was selected for interview. But unfortunately, I was not admitted on political basis.(But don't worry Mr. Vice Chancellor I believe in Allah and Allah will never leave me alone InshaAllah). After it I tried to got admission in private institutes but I couldn't due to their high expenses.

Punjab University:

After this attempt I apply for MBA , MBE and MPA in Pujab University. And I got place in first merit list in MPA and MBE. But I was again not admitted on this base that I am very fresh commerce graduate of commerce and I should wait for 1 year to get admission. I was very frustrated then. But I thought the best way to resolve this problem. I made a writ in High Court. My point of view was that if the results of Punjab University are delayed due to university's negligence then why students are punished for 1 year.

In the meanwhile I came to know that admissions in PGD (Post Graduate Diploma) in Computer Science are commenced. Admission criterion of PGD was entirely different from other university. Merit list was composed of 40% of prior academic record and 60% of a test. My father asked me to make a try and I agreed.

I took PGD test and by the grace of Allah I was at 19th place in merit list. But I was very certain about MPA with the help of High Court, so I hesitated to submit fee, but my whole family enforce me to take admission in PGD, and finally I submit fee.

Department Of Computer Science:

So I was in Department of Computer Science. When I restore my memories in DCS, I feel DCS just like a garden, where all around was blooming flowers   and some thorns and weeds. I love my department. I am proud to be a member of DCS.

After doing PGD, I got admission in M.Sc. Computer Science and complete it :).

Institute of Leadership and Management:

Now I am in MIS department of ILM(Institute of Leadership and Management) working as Software Engineer. I am very happy to join ILM. It is my dreamland, where I can fulfil my dream of teaching.
