******************BEGINNERS************************ hey gymnasts im here to give you a few pointers. so if your a beginner first off try a front roll you'll go on to your feet in a squate with your hands infront and then bend your arms tuck your head into you and let your feet roll off the ground. GOOD LUCK! ********************NORMAL************************** hey gymnasts since your pretty good at gymnastics i think you should try a kartwheel. first you put your left or right foot out infront of you whatever feels more comfortable. point your toe and rase you hands up. next you put your hands on the ground and kick your legs up but you dont want your whole body facing one direction wene your doing the kartwheel you want to be looking forward. wene you land you want ot be facing the opposite way. GOOD LUCK! *****************ADVANCE**************************** hey gymnasts since you guys are advanced i think you should try a front walkover. its simple you all know how to do a handstand so try to go into handstand and drop your legs. wene your legs drop to the ground try to hold your position and then try to push your arms up real hard until yourt in a stand GOOD LUCK!
