Kong, Ci Song was born on July 27th, 2005 and was found on July 27th, 2006 by the water fountain in front of an eyewear store in GuiYang city. She had a little blanket with her. After police investigated and could not find her parents she was taken to the Gui Yang Children's Welfare Institution. She was examined by a doctor who found her to be healthy. She was then placed in a foster home. Her name “Ci” means gentle, “Song” means to praise.

The foster family took special care of her and observed a normal growth. She could walk without help at 13 months and she has a big appetite. She loves to take a bath and her personality is outgoing and active. She often laughs and enjoys playing with other kids. She also likes to listen to music and watch cartoons. She has tons of energy. She likes to play outside, and go shopping. Her favorite game is hide and seek. She loves dolls.
