Match Report
It was predicted a hot and sunny weekend by the weathermen and all eyes were focused on two important games. One of them happened to be TGCC @ PACC. This game had hidden play-offs faith for two teams. PACC fresh off a loss at the hands of Shawn Lawrence and ROCC needed to reset and come together as a team before the play-offs.

On the other hand TGCC stepped in to Hobson Field very determined and a planned trip in hand to TWCC. Sure some motivation to start the game and PACC's captain finally won a toss in a long time.

PACC decided to open the bat with Mansoor and Aqeel. Things didn't change much for Aqeel as he gave a sky-high catch off Bavinder. Imran and Akbar decided to have a day off with bat. This marked arrival of Murti who seemed like in a mood to repeat the same performance he showed against CCCC. Murti along with Mansoor piled up boundaries all around the ground. Just as Mansoor needed 3 more to score another fifty for him He got bowled by Rohan on a quicker one. Things didn't get better for TGCC because Blazer man Nasir had a record on his mind. He along with Murtaza smashed the ball all around the ground. At one point it seemed like they were impossible to be stopped. Both scored maiden centuries for the first time in the history of MACC that two batsmen in the same innings scored century.

PACC piled up 322 runs for 4 wickets and took the field to seal the deal for top 3 position in the league. Mushtaq and Shami shared the new ball for PACC where Mushtaq trapped Mayur for intentional padding while Bilal took a beauty off Shami at slips and dispatched Farooq back to pavilion. Bavinder Pal took the fight back on to the bowlers. He smashed few big hits before the top wicket taker showed why he is leader aboard. He swung one in to him and wood was flying all over the ground. Akbar finished his tally with 3 wickets while Bilal and Maqbool shared two wickets each.

ALL in all a proud season for PACC with very few regrets but they have their heads high in the air.

This season will specially be remembered for Top 4 batsmen. Nasir finished his total score at 489 with four 50s and one brilliant hundred. Haroon settled for 372 runs with three 50s to show up for but we are missing that 100 and he has few games to get that. Mansoor had a determined season as well with great innings and a special knock against HPCC was his innings to remember while Murtaza has been pick of the batsmen with his two centuries and tally of 296 runs. Akbar got that all round performance going the whole season and PACC would love to get him going forward as well.

Astonishing bowling performances as well by Akbar, Haroon, Mushtaq, Kamran and Shami also was key to PACC's success. While Bilal, Imran, Maqbool, Aqeel and Waseem had their moments during the season. This team can go long way if everybody contributed to best of their ability and take one game at a time.

Let’s go PACC and everybody rise to the occasion, be determined and I am sure you will dictate the results.
