I simply took the statue and blurred everything around it. Leaving it
the focus point. |

Here I took several different images and put them into one picture making
each one a new layer. I made a gradient background as the first layer,
the second layer was a sunset picture that i took down the opacity on so
you could almost see through it. And the last layer was the church which
i cut out from a previous picture. |

On this one I simply selected the area I didn't want to be effected and
then blurred the rest of the picture. |
