A Call To Arms

Dear America, I am depending on you
to help our nation once more get through
the rough times....Once, our young nation
struggled to stand
Amidst the mindset of inequality among man;
But thanks to those Americans who rose up like lions
to put their life on the line for equality among all mankind
Our nation continues to be
the home of the brave-The home of the free.....
But like other times in our American history
when acts of inequality among men raised its ugly head
Today, we need your sons and daughters
To stand guard over Terri Schiavo's bed.
This is a call to arms
Light Liberty's torch ...let her hold it high
to warn those who would cause the innocent harm

Raise high old Glory- the Red, White, and Blue
Ring the Liberty Bell! Sound the alarm!
Release the Eagle!....Let her fly
from sea to shining sea over freedom's sky
Break the arms of injustice!
Give justice the reigns once more! Set Terri Schiavo free!
Then once more every American shall share equally
