Aiyeee, I love the premise behind this design. Completely imageless, using basic Times New Roman font symbols. When you hover over the symbols, there is a hover effect. Nothing happens when you click on them because I've used "#" as the href value. Of course, if for some crazy reason you want these to actually do something, you can replace "#" with a URL. =D

One of the main reasons I like it so much is because it's completely zany - how often do you see <hr> tags placed in this manner? It's crazyness, to use them as headers and footers. And how this box gently goes over the edge of the bottom-most <hr> tag? Yeah, that's pretty sweet if I do say so myself. XD It looks like frames, but it's really made of div layers.

Enormous astericks above are used as navigation links. If you add more astericks, a scrollbar is prepared to help accomodate them.
