   6.) Ability to borrow strength and stamina, not just from those wearing the other dagger necklaces, but instead by placing the hand of somebody around the blade of the dagger and drawing it from them physically.

Most usually have to know the place they are going before they can travel there, or those who don't have any magical abilities do.

*The people listed as Friend; ex-High Leader of Karibek, Menora, and Ikym got to keep the necklaces to keep in contact with Chantal encase of emergency. Only because Ariraer and Saere moved from Validon were they allowed, and Dagger because she would always remain Chantal's friend and have that gift.

-- Chantal intends to have it arranged that every time somebody is raised to High Leader they are given the Tincmaeg Amir along with the ring of office. Every time that role is relinguished the Tincmaeg Amir will now be returned along with the ring of office. The same would follow for such positions as Sovran and Chancellor
