As the capitol city of the Isle of Myst it is the largest place and filled with the most people. There are many streets, twisting and turned throughout Kimalyn and the buildings are towering and brilliantly built. The Square is covered with hawker's carts, bustling with people, and most shops are found close to this area. Yet, the largest buildings are the City Hall and the Kimalyn Library.
Kimalyn has a library that rivals even that of Validon, and is frequent by citizens at all hours.
The City Hall is where Isle of Myst Council Meetings are held. Trials are also held here, but most importantly *all documents pertaining to the Isle of Myst and its lands, and people, are held inside. Those allowed acess to these documents are:-the High Lady
-the Hand to the High Lady
-Isle of Myst Council Members
-Sovran, Chancellor, and High Leader of Menora**
-Citizens, if a meeting with High Lady or Hand is arranged and permission obtained. This follows for High Leader's of Ikym, Karibek, Niala, etc.
*All files does not necessarily mean ALL. Those documents pertaining to deals with those of low repute or deals that are to be kept secret are not placed here.
**Anyone the Sovran, Chancellor, and High Leader of Menora appoints to come see these documents for whatever reason is allowed access.
