Welcome all to the Chamber of Secrets Guild, everyone on the council would like to say congratulations on being selected to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. We are all very happy to have you. Now the time has come for all first year students to be sorted into their houses, they are, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. While you are here your house will be like your family, any triumphs will earn you points, any rule-breaking and you will lose points. The house with the most points at the end of a *two week period* will win the house cup along with fabulous prizes. Please fill out this form and click 'submit' at the bottom. Once you have been sorted you will be eligible for your "first year" pack ( to see an example click here) **please note that if you do not submit this survey to The Sorting Hat by ***, you will not be sorted, and will have to wait 2 more weeks to be elibible to earn house points. |
