Lesson#2:
Today we will be learning about the basic parts of a plant. Please refer to the picture at the top of the page. Every plant has roots and a stem. Many plants have leaves, flowers, and fruits. The basic care of most plants is sunlight, soil and water. It is important to make sure of what your plant needs. You should also make sure of dangers of your plant. Sharp needles or poisinosas fruit. If you take good care of your plant and follow these rules you will be safe, happy, and have healthy plants.

Ok class. Lets settle down. Now Ill be reading you some info out of this book. Todays lesson will be about Gnomes. Now whats this have to do with Herbology, I dont know but its in the book! "In Europe and in the United States, 'garden gnomes' are cheerful plaster statues of bearded little men with pointed red hats and are a popular outdorr ornament. If you were a wizard however your gnomes would be far more animated. Gnomes can be giggly little pests and must be driven off. Gnomes live underground and mine for precious metals and guard treasure, according to German lore. Gnomes skin is earth-toned (gray, brown)." Now wasnt that interesting. Well Ill se you next lesson.
